Springfield at Whitney Oaks

Springfield at Whitney Oaks is a national gold award-winning senior, gated community built by Pulte Homes. Located in the oak-covered hills of Rocklin, California near Roseville and Sacramento, we have features that set us apart from other active-adult communities — whether it’s the convenient shopping areas or a scenic walk with friends.
